A guide to bonuses and incentive programs

There are numerous opportunities to earn extra money and special privileges for exceeding expectations at rebel Financial. The key factor connecting nearly all incentives and bonuses is your quarterly goals percentage. By maintaining a quarterly average of 80% or higher, you can enhance your eligibility and amount for work-from-home privileges, overtime eligibility, monthly and progression bonuses, and company bonuses. We will go through each bonus and incentive to ensure you understand the requirements for qualification.

WORK FROM HOME AND OVERTIME

WORK FROM HOME INCENTIVES

Who Is Eligible

All employees

Requirements

• (Tier 1) 2 consecutive quarterly goal percentage of 80% or higher.
• (Tier 2) 2 consecutive quarterly goal percentage of 88% or higher.
• Equipment and silent environment in order to work from home
• Only certain days are allowed
• Has to be the same days every week
• Need to have time doctor installed.

Amount

• (Tier 1) 1 Day per week work from home
• (Tier 2) 2 Day’s per week work from home

What You Need To Do To Maintain Eligibility?

You must maintain an 80% performance level for Tier 1 or 88% for Tier 2. For example, if you have a 89% performance level and qualify for 2 days of work from home but drop to 87% the next quarter, you will move to Tier 1, which allows 1 day of work from home per week. If you drop below 80% at any giving quarter you will automatically be ineligible for work from home until you hit 80% or higher 2 consecutive quarters again.

OVERTIME ELIGIBILITY

Who Is Eligible

All employees
(Not Eligible: Magic, Upwork, Freelancer etc.)

Requirements

Achieve 2 quarterly goal percentages of 80% or more

What You Need To Do To Maintain Eligibility

You must maintain an 80% quarterly goal percentage. For example, if you have an 86% quarterly goal percentage and qualify for overtime but drop to 79% the next quarter, you will lose your overtime authorization until you achieve the required goal percentage for two consecutive quarters.

BONUS INCENTIVES

MONTHLY, QUARTERLY, AND YEARLY BONUS

Who Is Eligible

All employees
(Not Eligible: Interns)

Must have worked 1 full quarter for monthly and quarterly bonus and 1 full year for yearly bonus.

Requirements

Achieve the highest goal percentage for the month/quarter/year.

Amount

Monthly: $100
Quarterly: $300
Yearly: $1000

What You Need To Do To Maintain Eligibility?

Ensure you have achieved the highest goal percentage for each month quarter and/or year.

PROGRESSIVE BONUS

Who Is Eligible

All employees
*Must have worked 1 full quarter

Requirements

Achieve the highest progression by improving your percentage each month compared to others.

OPPORTUNITY BONUS

Requirements

Opportunity bonuses can vary and are restricted to certain lead generations. Below is a break down of how much you will receive.

What You Need To Do To Maintain Eligibility?

Client Service:
Generating a lead through LinkedIn: 10%

Advisors:
New clients from leads provided by the firm: 30%
Leads generated by the advisor from LSN: 40%
Cross-sell or additional sales to a core client (within 1 year from conversion): 50%
Referrals from house clients: 60%
Referral from an employee, closed by the advisor: 70%
Referral of a referral from house clients: 80%

Anyone:
Clients brought in by a team member: 100% (Split may be needed if not an advisor)

COMPANY QUARTERLY BONUS

Who Is Eligible

All employees
*Handicapped if worked less then 1 full quarter
*Interns not eligible.

Requirements

There are no current requirements, but it heavily depends on the overall company performance, which is influenced by individual efforts.

Amount

It varies based on the number of employees (remote employees are 50% capped of the total bonus per individual) and the company's RF credit target, as well as whether the target was achieved.
• The company bonus is voted on by all employees per quarter, averaging all employees submissions.
• If the goal is achieved, employees will receive 50% of the agreed on quarterly goal split amongst all employees.
• Individual bonus may very based off of quarterly goal percentage completion (see below)

Disclosure: If the company does not meet the goal amount, the final bonus amount will be divided by 2.

88%-100%

If you achieve 88%-100% of your goals, you will receive 100% of the calculated bonus.

75%-97.99%

If you achieve between 75% and 87.99% of your goals, you will receive 75% of the calculated bonus.

50%-74.99%

If you achieve between 50% and 74.99% of your goals, you will receive 50% of the calculated bonus.

0%-50%

If you achieve 0%-50% of your goals, you will receive 25% of the calculated bonus.

Company Cars

Who Is Eligible

All employees
*Must have been at rebel for at least 3 years

Requirements

• Car must be available 
• Based on performance
• Tenure with the company
• Over age 25
• No DUI's in the last 2 years
• Good driving record
• Agrees to follow the SOP Car Usage Rules
• Need level 2 charger at house
• Agrees to request permission for long trips
