Some of the benefits will depend on how long you stay in the work place, your job title and your education if you so desire to continue it. These benefits include a 401k & retirement plan, health insurance, health savings account (HSA), discounted legal and security protection, life insurance, and disability insurance. Along with all this comes some education benefits for advisors looking to maybe get a CFP or to help with student loans from college.

Employee Handbook

Our employee handbook is a compilation of our "non-compliance" related standard operating procedures, benefits and general guide-lines. All employees should have read this and actually signed off  on when they entered the company. Compliance Guide

A Registered Investment Advisor's (RIA) compliance manual is one of it's most important documents on how we run our firm to ensure proper compliance with any/all state and federal regulations as well as providing our team members with guidance on how to run our business in the best interests of our clients while protecting our clients and ourselves. Every team member should be familiar with our compliance manual and advisors should be doubly so.

Our Payroll

iSolved is the software used for HR management and payroll. This is system that you completed your on-boarding through and will contain much of your employment information through rF. Click the button below to access to your check stubs, W-2 forms, request PTO and more! If you are a new hire, make sure you login and fill out your deposit information.

Your bonus/performance-pay is our merit-based pay and is what will be the primary financial differentiator between people in different roles as you progress through your career with us. Your Benefits

401k & Retirement:

rF 401k is rebel Financial employee retirement plan. There is a 4% Safe Harbor match, .25% match from 6-15% and an end of year profit sharing contribution. The basic plan starts you at 6%. You must satisfy 90 days of employment for eligibility. Login or enroll by clicking the button below (to enroll after 90 days just use you SS# as username and dob as password).

Health Insurance:

We are excited to announce that rebel Financial now offers a comprehensive group benefits package through Sana Benefits, which includes health insurance as well as life, dental, and vision coverage. These benefits are designed to support the overall well-being of our employees and their families. Detailed information about each plan's coverage and benefits is available in the documents provided. If you have any questions or need assistance understanding your options, please refer to the materials or contact us directly. Discounted Legal and Security Protection:

Instead of paying a lawyer expensive hourly fees, you pay a small monthly fee and get access to experienced attorneys that can help you with any legal issue. LegalShield also offers a second service, IDShield, an identify protection service. Both of these services are discounted through us and come with membership perks. Life Insurance:

You may apply for Life insurance after 90 days of employment and you will receive guaranteed acceptance between 90-150 days of employment on up to $250,000 of life insurance. If you have other people that depend on your income then this a very important benefit, especially if you have any pre-existing medical condition(s).

Health Savings Acct (HSA):

An HSA allows you to save pre-tax money to pay for qualified medical expenses tax-free. rebel Financial will match your HSA contributions up to $100 per month. To qualify, you must be a full-time employee, have at least 90 days of service, and be enrolled in a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) that is HSA-qualified.
To enroll, open an account with HSA Bank by clicking the link below, if you don't have one already. Then once this step is complete, notify your manager and Phil with you desired monthly contribution amount so the company match can begin.

Reminder: Enrollment through our HR platform is not actual enrollment. You must sign up directly with HSA Bank and provide rebel Financial with your account information to activate payroll contributions and matching.

Disability Insurance:

You may apply for disability insurance after 90 days of employment and you will receive guaranteed acceptance between 90-150 days of employment on up to a maximum amount based on your income. If you are not able to retire then this is your most important benefit/coverage other than your health insurance and you should have solid long-term disability (LTDI) that you could live off of if you became disabled.

Education Benefits


Tuition Assistance/Student Loan Payment

If you are working on a designation that will further your career as a financial advisor or supporting role we currently have tuition reimbursement on the CFP program, AIF designation, AFC program and the FPQP program.

We believe that your investment in your education was very important and we realize that not everyone was able to get a scholarship or have the means to pay for their higher education. Consequently starting in 2020, we are adding a student loan repayment program that matches $100-$200/mo to your student loan payment, depending on your tenure with the company.
